When I found him, I decided to name him MJ. my friends who were with me had assumed he was a girl, he also smelt like Marijuana at the time, so the name mj fit perfectly. It’s been 7 long healthy years, mj has been my companion throughout all difficult times in my life. In those 7 years, there’s been my difficult times, but nothing was ever hard to go through with my MJ by my side to cry to. A couple days ago, something wasn’t feeling right. I had noticed he was drinking way more water than usual, and slowly but gradually he’s been eating less and less. I live alone and have been moving around apartment to apartment, a lot of his condition had made me reflect on myself and question; what did I do wrong? have I been neglecting him? what could I do now that I hadn’t before? etc. I took him in to the hospital but my consistent work hours led me to waiting a lot for him. Once I took him in he was skinny, hadn’t eaten for days, drinking tons of water, and meows of pain. He’s getting all the help he needs in the hospital but it’s getting costly. He’s fighting, he wants to come home, and I want him home, but we need help. Any help. If he makes it I want to do everything in my power to make this right, I have plans with him that are yet unfinished, we just got a new home where he can roam wherever he pleases. I want him to live the life I have waiting for him back home. I’m destroyed emotionally and fear for my best friends life. Any help, any would mean the absolute world to me. I’m already going in debt for him but I don’t care to be broke, I just don’t want to be alone. Please, help me bring my MJ back home
