Mixed Mode is doing big things!
Since our founding less than three years ago, we've been fortunate enough to travel and compete in multiple competitions, record an EP , and make some awesome memories.
Just last year, we placed 3rd at our 2017 ICCA South Quarterfinal and took home an award for Outstanding Choreography for the Entire Set. Last semester, we were fortunate enough to be accepted to compete at the SoJam A Cappella Festival in Raleigh, NC, where we advanced to the second round of the competition. We were selected in November to headline the Betsy's A Cappella Festival in South Beach, Miami, and now, we're moving on to bigger and better things!
We were elated to place FIRST at our 2018 ICCA South Quarterfinal last month, where we took home the title of Quarterfinal Champions, as well as awards for Outstanding Arrangement and Vocal Percussion. We will be advancing to the Semifinal round on March 31st in Winston-Salem, NC, and we are working hard to hopefully advance to Finals in New York City in April. We also were selected to compete in the prestigious AEA Invitational next month in Memphis for the inaugural collegiate competition alongside nationally acclaimed a cappella champions like Lark, Faux Paz, and Pitch Slapped. But with all of this opportunity comes a lot of $$$!

We are hoping to raise at least $3,500 in donations from our loving friends and family to help mitigate some of the costs of food, travel, and lodging for our trips to ICCA Semifinals and the AEA Invitational. With your help, we strive to represent our friends, family, and the University of Central Florida to the fullest extent on national stages. After countless hours of arranging, lost sleep, rehearsing, and prepping for these competitions, this fundraiser will help us show you all of the hard work we have, and will continue to put in toward excellence.
