If you’ve ever walked the streets of Playa del Carmen, you may have encountered an intriguing figure dressed in all white—a man whose presence and purpose leave a lasting impression.
That man is Mitch Gold.
Mitch is not only the founder of the UN Office of the Future but a lifelong peacemaker, dedicating over 50 years to bridging cultures, fostering unity, and creating a worldwide movement for peace.
His work has influenced indigenous communities in Mexico, has also inspired global initiatives like Bono’s Product Red, the KarmaHub Ecosystem all while bringing the message of peace to world leaders, classrooms, and grassroots movements alike.
Recently, an priceless artifact was taken from Mitch’s home in a robbery — "The Heart of Africa", a symbol that has accompanied him on his journey for world peace for over three decades was stolen along with his passport, wallet and other personal effects when an unknown person or persons entered his home.
While its disappearance is unfortunate, this moment presents an opportunity to refocus on the bigger mission: building the foundation for a new era of global peace.

This campaign isn’t just about recovering an artifact—it’s about restructuring how peace is funded and implemented worldwide.
With $250 million, we will build the UN Office of the Future, an initiative designed to fundamentally change how the United Nations, global philanthropic institutions, and economic frameworks empower real change. Our work will be guided by four essential models:
✅ The Educational Model – Providing knowledge-based solutions for peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
✅ The Economic Model – Creating sustainable financial frameworks that reward peace, and empowers volunteers along with non profits, proving that making peace and lending a hand can also create great economic value.
✅ The Ethical Model – Establishing clear principles for governance, ensuring transparency, responsibility, and accountability in global decision-making through vessels like "Po", "The Ten Transformers", and the "Cocreation Wheel".
✅ The Spiritual Model – Integrating a deeper understanding of energy, ethics, and health into global policymaking.
By implementing this vision, we aim to change the way the United Nations does business, particularly by redefining the role of the UN Resident Coordinator (UNRC). Right now, UN Donor Countries do not even have a Resident Coordinator, creating a massive gap in how resources are distributed.
This funding will allow us to establish and empower UNRCs in both donor and recipient nations, ensuring that global funding reaches the communities that need it most.
How $250 Million Will Build the Infrastructure for Real Change
1. Establishing the UN Resident Coordinator System in Donor Countries ($100M)
- Recruit & Train UNRCs in Key Donor Countries
- Develop a Digital Coordination Platform to track funding in real time

2. Strengthening the UNRC System in Recipient Countries ($75M)
- Expand and empower UNRCs in developing nations
- Launch localized community investment programs to break cycles of poverty

3. Infrastructure & Operations for Global Coordination ($50M)
- Build the UN Office of the Future Headquarters to coordinate peace initiatives
- Implement ISO 26000 (Corporate Social Responsibility) and UNDRIP (Indigenous Rights) to align peacebuilding efforts with global ethical standards
4. Developing the Economic Framework for Sustainable Change ($25M)
