Hi!

My name is Cara, many of you know me already but I am friends with one of the most awesome women in the world. She is family to me, and to anyone who is blessed to be called her friend.

Her name is Misty Young. She is a badass super hero mom, a super hard worker, a strong and resilient force in this world, and has the most generous heart of gold. She always puts others before herself. Misty works super hard to give her kids a great life.

My dear friend has fallen on some hard times recently. She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. While she has tried some alternate forms of medicine they unfortunately did not work. The time has come for her to have surgery. She will undergo the painful procedure of removing her thyroid THIS WEDNESDAY May 19th, We are on an URGENT time crunch. She exhausted her sick pay while having covid earlier this year and needs OUR HELP.

Misty will be out of work for 3 weeks while she recovers, then will undergo more costly treatments. This fund is to ensure she does not have the stress of financial burden while she recovers, and will also go toward partial payment of her surgery and treatments.
