Misti is a mom of 4 children. a loving wife and daughter of Carolyn Barnes Philan of Pass Christian who works for the Naval Oceanographic Office. Misti is also the daughter of a FAST Complex Staff Member, Lloyd "Tee" Burbridge.
Learning of her second ependymoma tumor, she will undergo another surgery to remove the growth that has formed on her brain. After her first ependymoma tumor that proved to be cancerous, this time the doctors are being aggressive of having it removed immediately.
