Help Military High School Students Art program
Donation protected
A passionate group of Marine, Air-force and Navy High School students stationed overseas wanted to do something to make a difference this year. The group of students came together over zoom one afternoon after being out of school for months and brainstormed ways they could help bring happiness to their school and surrounding community after such an unprecedented year. The group of students who have a passion for the arts, decided painting a mural would bring joy for years to come as well as give the community hope moving into 2021. The students used their own money to buy enough supplies complete the first 10th of their design and recruited a few volunteer experienced mural artists to assist. In order to bring their entire design to life they need your help! In order for them to finish the 150 foot mural they need $2500 to buy the rest of the supplies needed. Living on a tiny island with limited resources can take a serious toll on all the United States service members stationed here. This location has one of the highest service member suicide rates compared to any other forward deployed location in the world. The students hope that the central location of their mural will bring a sense of hope and life to all current and future military members serving overseas. They are extremely grateful for any amount you are able to donate and thank you whole heartedly. They have attached some of their progress as well as their mock ups below.
