Help Mila walk and run again

To many people, pets are just animals. To me they are my support system, my family, my children. They bring nothing but joy into my life and every other life that crosses their path. Mila, the only female in my home, has so much love that regardless of who or what enters my home she will run at them happily to greet them. She is an angel sent from above and it’s hard to say what mankind ever did to deserve dogs like her.
My friends female malamute hybrid who was in heat at the time, attacked Mila and left her paralyzed. I rushed her to the closest veterinary hospital where they treated her wounds and placed a drain in her neck. They informed me that she was still in shock and will take about a week of rest for her to regain control of her muscles. After coming back to them for the removal of the drain they inform me that a spinal cord injury may have occurred and that an X-ray will be required. I rushed her over to a specialist veterinary hospital 2 hours away to have them conduct the X-ray. The following day they inform me that she has a fracture and that an MRI will be required to pin point the fracture so that they can operate.
Her pain receptors are still in tact on only 3 of her legs. Her front right leg feels no pain. It’s the most heart breaking thing when I lift her to change her pad, she kicks her lower legs a little and I can’t help but have hope for a miraculous recovery. But the doctors tell me that it is only an involuntary reflex.
I’m a young Marine who can’t afford to pay all the expenses to bring my baby happiness again. She is paralyzed and can’t walk and is in constant pain from the dog bite on her neck, and I need your support to put her on her feet.
The specialist won’t start any treatment without the money of course. Please help us.
