Help Mikes pay for heart surgery!

In March of this year while enlisting in the Army I was diagnosed with a congenital heart disease called Ebstein's Anomaly. It turns out that I've had this defect in my heart since birth and shouldn't have been participating in any physical activity for my whole life. I got the diagnosis right at the beginning of lacrosse so I couldn't play my final season, but I was ecstatic to have already finished my final year of football before being sidelined. Unfortunately, playing team sports is hard on the heart so mine is fairly damaged already.

On August 1st, my family and I are flying to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN so that I can have open-heart surgery and get my ticker fixed! This trip is going to be a pretty huge out-of-pocket expense for my family, and any donation that could help offset the traveling and medical expenses would be beyond appreciated.
