Help Mike with emergency dental work

I relocated to small town last year then covid hit and between the two things I'm  in the hole. My resources drained, my job took a nosedive and sales are dead. I have an opportunity to improve this situation with a move.
I was in the middle of relocating to start over in a better situation when I damaged a  couple of teeth. I lost a filing damaging that tooth and cracked the tooth next to it which is very painful.
My finances what they are at the moment I cant move forward with either thing. Ive donated here before and I think it's great but I never thought I would be doing it myself. My dearest friend convinced me that it's ok to ask for help so I am. Thank you for taking the time to look
