Dear friends, clients and community,
I am in the final edits of my new book, "GODS" and I am looking to raise the funds to publish it.
For years, people have been telling me to write a book. I'm the father of two girls who love to read. We read books together and often I would make up stories that they love hearing as I take them through the world of my imagination.
I have been writing screenplays for years and have taken one of my most well received scripts and turned it in to a novel. I have learned from one of my mentors Tony Robbins that people usually take action from either inspiration or desperation and I am acting on both. This venture is my passion, something I’ve wanted to see materialize for some time I'm very proud of the final product.
I have run in to some difficult times but know that if I can get my book in the hands of the YA readers, it will be a hit.
My target is $3,500.00. Not a big number, but sufficient to produce a beautiful and professional product. The money will be used for proof-reading, purchasing the ISBN, artwork, creating the audiobook, the back end set-up costs and an initial run of 100 hard-copies of the book. I built in an extra $500.00 as an emergency contingency fund.
I am ready to self-publish this book as soon as I can raise the money and would be very grateful to anyone who could help me make my dream happen. It would mean so much to me if you would contribute to this project. For many reasons I do not have the funds needed for producing the book, but I believe that there's something very powerful and magical about getting the support from the community as I continue down the last leg of this journey . If you don't want to make a financial contribution, prayers would be a wonderful alternative.
