<div>My name is Dave, I’m reaching out on behalf of two of the most genuine people I know—<strong>Mike and Sue</strong>—who now urgently need our help.

<div>Mike recently underwent<strong> emergency aortic graft surgery</strong>, a life-saving but incredibly invasive procedure that came without warning. The second dissection has been left for now as Mike needs to rest and heal. While the surgery was a success, the road to recovery is long, and the burden it’s placed on their lives—physically, emotionally, and financially—is overwhelming.
