<div>Hey everyone! Writing this has to be one of the most difficult things I have ever done, and something my family never thought we would.

<div>February of this year, Mike got some tests results back that would change the current course of our lives. He was diagnosed with stage 3 Bladder cancer. He underwent surgery to remove the mass they found in his bladder. Unfortunately, they were not able to get all of the mass as it had started imbedding itself into the bladder wall. His team of doctors then determined he needed to start chemo and more surgery after. He started his first round of chemo July 11th. It is going to be a rough battle from here, but one we as a family are preparing to take with everything we got.

<div>Our dad has always been the rock in our family. Raising 3 girls as a single dad isn't easy. But he did it with such grace and determination. Not only was my dad a pillar in our household but in his community as well. From his work at the City of Oviedo then to Utilities Inc (now known as Sunshine Water Services), his job at the Oviedo Bowling Center, and his volunteer coaching with the Saturday Youth League at Oviedo Bowling Center, Dad always gave his all. He touched the lives of so many people, and now he needs our help.

<div>Dad has been trying to continue working as much as he physically can, but it is now at the point that he must step back. We are asking for friends and family to help raise money for his treatments and any financial hardships that may come up from this battle. We are also working on setting up a few fundraisers to raise money as well. More information is still to come..
