However, time is still of the essence. The certified check must arrive at her office in Tampa, Florida by January 31st, making this a dire emergency. I have a possible offer to put a significant amount toward the payoff, as I shared with the attorney in my hardship email, but I still need to raise the remaining balance and cover the fees for the certified check and mailing of the sum amount of $6,150. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward paying off my land and ensuring I do not lose my home.
