help Micah with spine surgery

My name is Nigel.  Micah is my younger brother. He and 3 friends were crab hunting when a vehicle coming from the opposite direction lost control and hit him unconscious. woke up 3 days later to find out that he cannot walk. Broke 3 bones in his spine right below the neck. Micah is a husband, a father and a family man. please help us get him back on his feet. Any donation will go a long way. Thank You.
