help mentally ill lesbian escape abusive home

hi! i currently live in both a physically and emotionally abusive home. i plan to move out by december or whenever covid is over so that way moving out would be safer for me, my expenses will be going towards the apartment, down payments, bills while i apply for jobs. i think food will be sorted out since i am eligible for food stamps and government help since i am mentally ill. furniture and a bed to sleep on and internet and a phone, i dont know if my insurance will cover my therapy or meds because i havent had any success with that in the past. my mom very controllling and she threatens to kick me out constantly but when i tell i want to get a job in order to get away from her she threatens me or scares me and tells me that i wont make it. ive tried escaping two times. my town has lgbt housing authorities but i wasnt called back because of covid and their offices are closed. she uses my own sibling against me to get her way with me, via using him to guilt trip me into doing things for her and to stay with her. my mom has beaten me before and has caused 2 serious injuries when i was 14 - 16. my dad isnt a good option because he neglects my needs financially and emotinally and invalidates my mental issues and refuses to get me help and even stated that he doesnt want me to live with him anyways because his wife doesnt like me or my brother. photos that are shown are done by both my dad and my brother, my dad has broken my door open to hit me and my brother is aggressive and has also beaten me before. all of my family members are physically stronger than me and living here is life threatening. please any amount would be so helpful thank you so much.
