Over the course of the past few months of declining health Mellissa has received a diagnosis of Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma (non small cell lung cancer) which has moved into her left femur, eating away at the bone. Since her diagnosis she has had a rod placed into her femur to stabilize it. She just completed 10 rounds of radiation and as of today started chemotherapy. Mellissa has been out of work since May due to her declining health and cannot return to work during treatment. She is the sole provider in her home after recently losing her husband suddenly. Her family has gone through such immense pain, they are barely holding on!

Please help me keep them a float!
