<div>Relocating a restaurant is a major undertaking. The landlord sold the property and plans to demolish it for commercial condos and apartments, forcing us to move. The costs include moving equipment, kitchen buildout, dining room improvements, permitting, signage, utility setup, and maintaining payroll and operations during the transition.
