Hello, I've started this page in an effort to raise funds to help Melissa Farnham and her family of four children get back on their feet after their apartment tragically burned down in East Hardwick yesterday. They lost all of their possessions, the roof over their head, and their beloved dog Luna. While they are actively looking for a new place, housing in Vermont is scarce, so the family may be may be staying in a patchwork of motels and spare rooms until they can find a new place to call home. This fundraiser will help with basic needs like food, clothing, temporary housing - things that you and I take for granted. I will help them buy basic furniture like beds, tables and chairs. Melissa and her family will need a lot of help getting through the holidays and surviving this disaster.
