Help Melissa Rebuild What Was Stolen. Tears have fallen. And she still shows up.

Melissa is a traveling phlebotomist.

She works on call—long nights, hospital runs, emergency cases—carrying her gear and her grace to every call she gets. She also has a second job that she also shows up to.

She gives her blood, her sweat, and her tears—not just to patients, but to the work itself.

Because this is more than a job to her—it’s a calling.

But lately, she’s been carrying a crushing weight.

She recently lost her beloved dog, Sequoia.

Her best friend. Her emotional anchor.

Letting go was heartbreaking—and she still found the courage to give Sequoia the dignified goodbye she deserved.

It cost her $800 just to try and get the ashes back. She didn’t really have it—but she made it happen. Because love doesn’t ask for permission to grieve.

And before the dust could even settle… her car was broken into.

Everything was stolen.

Her work gear. Her tools. Personal items.

Gone. The thief also decided to shatter one of her windows so they could get inside her vehicle.

And now she’s facing a $1,000 insurance deductible just to even begin replacing what she needs to keep working.

Melissa’s not the type to ask for help—but right now, she needs it.
