Help Melanie's family with sudden grievance

Donation protected
My little sister Melanie was found unconscious and critically ill last Thursday March 25,2021. It was heart wrenching to see that she was in a coma on full life support which means that she was on Dialysis and a ventilator so that she can breathe. She was in critical condition in an intensive care unit fighting for her life for weeks. It was sudden, unfair, and uncalled for. I saw her just the other day and she was completely fine. I would never expect to get a call saying that my sister was in critical care on life support. There’s no way to prepare you for something like this. It makes you realize how delicate and important life is.

Melanie was loved by all of her family and friends; she was in her early twenties, beautiful, and was so full of talent and life. She was very artistic, creative, and loved to draw. Drawing and painting were her favorite hobbies and talents. She always wanted to travel, she loved going to the beach and museums; and looking at pieces of art, statues and exhibits. Melanie was an essential pandemic worker making medical supplies for front liners. Just before this sudden tragedy occurred she told us that she wanted to go back into college soon. I was looking forward to seeing her go back to school and better her life, but now she has made her way to heaven.

Unfortunately my little sister, Melanie Warren didn’t make it. She made her way to heaven at 4/17/2021 at 10:53pm. I saw her that same evening, I held her hand, talked to her and cried like a baby. I apologized for not being the best big brother and I told her I loved her… I have a feeling that she knew it was coming. I saw her smile … I think she made peace with the world… Although I really miss her I have to keep on going; I promised her that I would and I know that would make her happy. I would like to thank everyone for their support, love, prayers and their patience, it means so much to me. To see that people really care and lend a helping hand when they see someone in need of help, it means a lot.

I know that initially this was a fundraiser to fund for her medical needs but now at this point I have decided to turn this fundraiser into a grievance one for me and my family. Melanie didn’t have life insurance before she passed, and I am asking for assistance to help our family with things like: unpaid medical bills, funeral costs, a coffin, morg payments , rent, travel and lodging expenses as well as food, Melanie’s car payments (she had just bought a car) and much much more. These past few weeks have been very hard on her friends and family but we will continue to move forward and try our best. I would like to thank everyone in advance for their support. You are all wonderful people;I promise to do the same when I am in a position to help, thank you all so much!
