Meghan and I have been best friends for 16 years, and I’ve watched her build a loving family with her fiancé, Steven, and their 4-year-old daughter. Recently, Steven was diagnosed with lung and stomach cancer, turning their world upside down. He was the sole provider for their family, and now Meghan is doing everything she can to care for their daughter and support Steven through his treatment.
