Help Tyler Smiley Malmgren recover from surgery

My name is Tyler, I recently underwent surgery on 12/27/21, it was an adrenal mass removal and a partial hepatectomy. At this appointment they removed  a mass on my adrenal gland and part of my liver, currently they are being sent to a lab see it’s cancerous and if I will need chemotherapy. 

I’m asking just for a little help with anything, because I will be out of work for 6+ weeks, with no paid leave from my job. If you can donate I’d really appreciate it!
