<li>I then went to <strong>Turkey</strong>, where doctors gave me hope: <strong>one final, complex surgery could save my leg.</strong>

<div>Now I am here in Turkey, ready for this life-saving surgery — but I cannot afford the last payment. The total cost for surgery, hospital stay, rehabilitation, and recovery is <strong>$18,000</strong>. Without it, I will lose my leg.
