Help me until ss and other public assistance can

I had to leave my home due to unsafe living conditions for me. The house is full of cat urine, and it has caused a severe autoimmune reaction by me. Professionals have said the floors including subfloors would need to be removed and that I am not safe there. My husband feels it is a safe place to live. I am currently living temporarily with a relative. I have signed up for section 8 over six months ago and am on the waiting list.

Until then, I could use help paying prescription co-payments, rides to appointments, and to replace clothing and other items that I did not have or cannot have due to its being in the house that is unsafe or my actually not having in the first place. I had few clothes except pajamas when I lived at home.
