Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My great-grandfather recently passed away, and his funeral will be held in Jamaica. I would love nothing more than to be there to say my goodbyes and support my family during this difficult time. Unfortunately, the travel costs are more than I can manage on my own right now.

My great-grandfather was such an important influence in my life. He was the reason I fell in love with rugby—I grew up watching him play when I was younger, and his passion and dedication inspired me to follow in his footsteps. Being there to honour him and celebrate his life means so much to me.

I’m asking for support from anyone who may be able to contribute towards my travel expenses. Even a donation of £50–100 (or whatever you can give) would help me get there and make a world of difference.
