Hello, my name is Erika. I have been living in Los Angeles for a year with my husband and my younger son.

My mom is in Peru, going through a delicate health process due to cervical cancer.

Right now, she is hospitalized. My brothers are with her, and what I want most is to be able to travel and be there — to hold her, accompany her, and take care of her during this difficult time. I have faith and truly believe she can recover.

At the moment, I don’t have enough financial means to buy my ticket and cover the expenses that traveling would require — both what I would leave unpaid here and what I would need to face while being there. That’s why I’m creating this campaign with hope and humility, trusting that with the help of kind and generous people, I can raise what’s needed to be by her side.

Any contribution, big or small, will bring me one step closer to hugging my mom and being there for her on this journey.

Hola, me llamo Erika vivo en Los Angeles hace un año con mi esposo y mi hijo menor. Pero mi mamá se encuentra en Perú enfrentando un proceso delicado de salud debido a un cancer de cuello uterino.

En este momento esta hospitalizada, mis hermanos estan con ella y lo que mas quiero es poder viajar y estar ahi sosteniendola, acompañandola y cuidando de ella en este momento dificil. Tengo fe y confío que se va recuperar.

Ahora no tengo los medios suficientes para comprar mi pasaje y cubrir los gastos que demandan viajar, tanto lo que dejaria de pagar aqui como lo que tendria que afrontar estando allá. Es por eso que estoy creando esta campaña con mucha esperanza y humildad, confiando en que con la ayuda de personas solidarias pueda reunir lo necesario para estar a su lado.

Cualquier aporte, grande o pequeño me acercará un paso mas a poder abrazar a mi mamá y poder acompañarla en este camino.
