<div>Hi everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Timea Porubszky and I live in Prestonpans, East Lothian. Many of you might know me from our Positive Prescription yoga sessions and through my work with Ageing Well, East Lothian Council, where I deliver gentle yoga and movement classes to support the wellbeing of our ageing population.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve seen first-hand how yoga can transform lives — helping people move with less pain, breathe more freely, and reconnect with their confidence and joy. These experiences have inspired me to take the next step in my journey and train as a qualified Yoga Therapist.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This training will give me the knowledge and skills to better support people living with chronic illness, pain, stress, and anxiety, especially older adults. I want to deepen my understanding of how yoga therapy can complement medical care and help people live fuller, healthier lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, the training and related costs are quite high. I’m hoping to raise £5000 to help cover tuition, materials, and travel costs while I study.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support — whether through a donation or by sharing this page — will not only help me achieve my dream, but also directly benefit the community I serve through Ageing Well and Positive Prescription.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for your kindness, encouragement, and belief in the power of connection, movement, and compassion.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>
<div>Timea Porubszky
