Help me to make sure the cancer did not come back!

This is Andres, a 5 years adorable Child.
After a normal pregnancy, he was born on January 17, 2015.
Within hours he presented a condition known as tachypnea of the newborn, while he overcame after two weeks in intensive care and later went home to live a normal life with his loving parents.

The worst was yet to come.
As his third birthday, the parents noticed that he was beginning to limp on one side of his body, becoming more apparent as the days passed.  Consulting with different physicians and specialists, the pediatric neurologist ordered an MRI to rule out the worst. But the worst came true, a neurological disorder was  diagnosed: Infratentorial Ependymoma, a massive brain tumor that needed to operate on him with a high risk surgery immediately.
His parents were informed that the child could die, bleed uncontrollably, or be permanently paralyzed.
But then the miracle happened!! The surgery was successful.!!! After 9  hours of procedure the Doctor let the parents know the tumor was removed completely, there're  not words to describe the happiness they felt at that moment.

Andres required chemotherapy and radiation, which were provided through 30 sessions and got the health

In this moment, two years later, He jumps, runs and studies like any other child, he is a fan of The Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Hives, play drums and want to join Kobra Kai.

Thanks God, nothing shows us while Andres is playing  that is ill, but we can't assure a disease-free if it is not based on his exams

It is necessary accurate monitoring by his doctors and multiple studies to be sure the cancer did not come back

His parents have costed the entire process but the current situation that almost all of us face has severely impacted us, reaching a point where there are not enough resources to cover the exams of neural axis magnetic Resonance, skull tomography and other ones the next month
