Help me through this journey

Today is December 8th my name is Gary and 2 weeks before Thanksgiving I was in a terrible accident while hunting.  I fell 35 ft . I fractured my skull my jaw punctured my left arm and broke my femur and it blew out back of my hip I've been.going through a lot of surgeries due to the fact that I sustained major infections and yesterday was my fourth surgery during this short period of time. I have had a total of 7 blood transfusions I have lost my home have to put all my belongings in storage lost my jobs and I am still in the hospital with more surgeries to go. I am trying to heal and still fighting infection. I will have to learn how to walk again next I've never been the type of person to ask anybody for help I've always been the one helping others I've been a volunteer firefighter for many years and an independent Carpenter I don't really know how much further I'll need rehab they said at least 8 weeks once I get my actual transplant. I will need PICC line so that I can have high dosages of antibiotic so that this infection doesn't grow and cause me to perhaps lose my leg I don't have any family helping me I don't have any support there and I'm going through this alone it's just been me and my FB friends  pulling me through with prayers..I do have one special woman in my life trying to do all she can and its over berring and very stressful on her which breaks my heart. I don't know what the future holds but I do know that I have a long rough road ahead of me months down the road I'll need another hip surgery to actually install my permanent hip replacement they cannot do that until all of the infection is gone and I just pray I don't have to lose my leg. Iv already had to have a good portion of my femur removed due to infection. So I guess it's time for me to ask for help I'm thankful for Anything and this is very
