Help me take my beloved kitten to the vet.

Hello my name is jason and i am currently in a tough financial position due to the floundering economy. Recently my cat, muffinette, a 10 month old kitten, was diagnosed with gingivitis. This means her teeth will eventually fall out if it is not treated. The treatment is $450 for medication and a procedure including two follow ups. Anything helps. Mufinette has been suffering and i feel almost forced to give her up at this point against my will. I just want the best for her
