My mom, Lowinda Doolittle is currently very sick, and our family is facing a difficult time of uncertainty. We don’t know what the future holds—whether we’ll need to prepare for her final rest or help her transition into a nursing home or assisted living so she can receive the care she desperately needs.

She is currently fighting viral meningitis, bacterial meningitis, multiple mini-strokes, kidney failure, strep throat, pneumonia, and on top of all that, she lives with an autoimmune disease.

She does not have life insurance or money saved for either expense.

If the worst happens and she passes, these funds will go toward covering funeral and cremation costs, giving her the dignity and peace she deserves. If she recovers, the funds will be used to get her established in a safe, supportive nursing home or assisted living facility where she can receive the care and stability she needs.
