help me start the alexander project

i want to do something in my son alexander's name. he died from a fentanyl and xanax  overdose at a month after his 18 birthday.  i want to start the alexander project that would not only help me cope with his death but to help others. i have several visions for "the alexander project"-

1.  i feel that it is crucial not only try to teach a child or adult the importance of abstinence but educate them as well on possible drug interactions.
2.  feed the homeless.
3.  to do tasks for those who cannot do them for themselves i.e. doing an elderly persons' yard, cleaning up for someone who may be wheelchair bound, or taking a blind person to run errands.

the Lord is really impressing upon me that we need to love one another and have more compassion for others. somewhere along the line we have forgotten those very important core values. i am only one person but all change starts with one. i will not let fear of failure discourage me, for if i can make a difference in one persons life or save another mother from experiencing the loss of a child i will push on. i refuse to sit around and talk about changes we need i will do something about it in my sons' honor.

i would use the money to start the alexander project as a non profit organizations and any contributors would be allowed to view how i have used the funds at anytime. if there is an excess funds after organization is started i would be the first contributor to said organization.
