Help me start a new life in a new state

My name is Jackie. I'm a trans woman originally from Indiana. I moved down to Arkansas back in February to escape from an abusive home and start a new life, but because of the pandemic and just life in general, I've now had to move back to my home town. I want to start a new life in another state with my boyfriend who I love, but getting a job will be hard since I'm at a high risk of dying from the corona virus if I get it because of my asthma and because my family is still in this town, and them finding me would not end well.
