Help me Reunite with my Daughter Nicol Duarte
I am a happily married man who found a new life in Australia 5 years ago. I left my 5 year old daughter overseas with my first wife as I believed children should be with their mother. I have always paid child support and tried to maintain a relationship with my daughter though it has been difficult because of her mother.
About a month ago I was told by my 10 year old daughter that her step father was beating her. I was so surprised, that this would be happening to her and that the situation had been going on for over a year. My heart was further more destroyed when a week later I was sent a series of photos that showed the effects the beatings had on my baby’s girl’s body. The final blow came when I was told by my daughter that her mother had allowed the beatings and was supporting the aggressor (the step father).
Child services received an anonymous complaint about my daughters situation and they started to investigate by going to her school and then interviewing her mother, step father and maternal grandmother. When these interviews started to occur was that my daughter and her maternal grandmother decided to tell me everything that was going on.
I can still hear my daughter’s cries begging me to take her away from that terrible situation...
I fear for my daughter’s safety and her well being. It is imperative that I remove her from that toxic environment in which she is living. It has been a very difficult situation for me and my family as the distance has been an impediment to get everything sorted. I felt very frustrated at times and I decided to hire a lawyer and was able to achieve custody for my daughter. I also managed to obtained her passport and now I find myself without the financial resources to proceed with her relocation.
Before all this happened I had already organised for my parents to spend a 6 month vacation here and they arrive the 7th of September. As Nicol has been through enough trauma I would like her to travel with her grandparents and not alone. This leaves me only a few weeks to organise an airline ticket on the same flight as my parents. Also as soon as she is in the country I need to apply for her residency so that she may have the same opportunities as my other children.

Please help me to have my daughter with me and my family as soon as possible, so that we may provide her all the love and care every child deserves!
