I lost my face, and now I feel obligated to help others save theirs. I have endured immense pain and suffering as a result of a doctor who administered fillers that resulted in severe disfiguration. My life mission is to advocate for safe medical aesthetic practices and to provide information to anyone considering a facial aesthetic procedure that will keep them from harm.
My journey has taken me from model to deformation from improper facial injections of dermal fillers. Unbeknownst to me, these fillers were permanent, leading me to fight for my life through a series of surgeries to reconstruct my face and then speaking to doctors around the world, advocating for the safe practice of aesthetic medicine.
My advocacy campaign, the Saving Face Initiative, has been self-funded since 2016. I want to be able to continue to lobby and fight for a governing board that will provide oversight and ensures safety for all patients. My goal is to get my message out to as many people as possible through various mediums such as a documentary, podcasts and other forms of social media.
I am honored and appreciate the opportunity to share my journey with you, and continue to dedicate my life to this cause. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and thank you so much for your support.
