Help me save my mom's HUGE HEART

Last week I almost lost my mom to a heart attack. The doctor who saved her said she had 80-100% blockage in all of her arteries, and she would require a second surgery because it's too dangerous to do all at once.
After a 3 day hospital stay she was released to go home, and scheduled to come back in 1wk. The day before her scheduled surgery the hospital called and said she would have to pay a down payment of $10k to get her in.
My parents own a small swimming pool store in a little town. They never strived to be rich, and have always helped everyone even when they didn't have the means. My dad served in the airforce and therefore receives help from the VA, but my mom can't afford the outrageous insurances plans for herself. Therefore we pay cash for everything, but coming up with all of this money to have the surgery ASAP just isn't in the budget. She's not able to work and has thousands of dollars of bills adding up. Stress is the last thing she needs with an already over stressed heart.
