Help me save my dog, Tebow

My dog Tebow began having neck pain awhile back. The vet said it was likely just strained and gave him some medications. He was good for awhile and then started having issues again. We took him back to the vet and they did xrays and determined there is a mass in his throat . The only thing that they can do is remove it and it is going to cost more than we can afford. We spent a lot just to get a diagnoses and are now left with two choices, surgery or watch him get worse until we have to put him down. We rescued Tebow seven years ago when he was just a puppy. My son cannot even remember a time that he wasn’t around. He is more than just a pet he is a pet of our family and i would do anything to save him, including something i really hate doing, asking others to help.
i have tried everything i can think of, financing, loans, budgeting, and have had no success. The vet said we could wait a year and get more xrays and see if it stays the same, but he is getting worse and i hate to see him like this. I REALlY did not want to ask for money from others, but i am willing to try anything, so if you can help and would like to, my family and i would appreciate any support we can gather.
