<div>My name is Mohammad Alzaanin, and I am one of over two million people in Gaza living under relentless bombing, siege, displacement, and starvation for more than a year and a half.

<div>I’m from Beit Hanoun, a city in northern Gaza. Since the war started in October 2023, I’ve been forcibly displaced more than twenty times. I am a father trying to protect and care for my wife, my six-year-old son Khaled, my five-year-old twin daughters Marina and Marita, and, most recently, my newborn son Majd—born in June amid the horrors of war.

<div>We now live in a tent that offers no shelter from the scorching heat or the freezing cold. We lack basic necessities—clean water, food, and medicine.
</div>

</div>
<div>I have lost everything. My home was destroyed. Our source of income, the olive trees, were burned. The restaurant where I worked was leveled. With no job and no income, we face severe famine as Gaza’s markets run dry. Even when food is available, it’s outrageously expensive and out of reach.
</div>

</div>
<div>My newborn needs formula that costs $100 per can, and diapers are $150 per pack. One kilogram of flour costs $70.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My children go to bed every night with empty stomachs. There is no other food source. We have nothing left—no aid, no work, no safety, and no way to provide for our most basic needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even trying to reach so-called humanitarian aid centers endangers our lives—we are shot at, targeted simply for trying to survive.
</div>

</div>
<div>My children are at risk of dying from hunger. I cannot afford the skyrocketing prices. I cannot work. There is no economy left in Gaza—only survival. And even that feels like a luxury.
</div>

<div>I am appealing to everyone with a kind heart reading this: please help me feed my children. The situation in Gaza is beyond catastrophic, and I am doing everything I can to keep them alive.
