Help me save my bakery, The bakers oven

My name is Darren me and my wife amanda own a little bakery called The bakers oven we took over the business about two years ago . The main reason we took the bussniess  was I'm a full time carer my ex forces brother how suffered a real bad head injury while he was on his last tour which left him in constant pain and the DWP took all his benefits away and said there was nothing wrong with him .which wasn't true, so we used all our saving to buy the bussniess so we had a way of paying the bills and I could still care for my brother while I fought for a year to have the ruling overturned. While I was doing this I made our little bakery a successful little bussniess the main reason for this is we are in the middle of a very poor housing estate and my food is good quality and very cheap and we do a lot for our community ,we supply hot meals for the elderly,the homeless and needy if we can help you we will ,we even have a tab book coz as we see it we will never see someone go hungry, if they dont have the money they will all was come back when they have and pay me the bussniess has been on this estate for over 25 year and is a big part of our community .
The reason I'm try to look for help is while I have been doing all this I have had to also fighting off a big organisation which are try to put me out of business, the organisation is called the Goodwin development trust, this organisation was first set up to help the community but all that seem to do is make our life on the estate hard . This trust have try to close me down by opening  a cafe right opposite my bakery and when I first took over one of them walked into our shop  and said we closed the last owner down we'll do the same to you.two year later I'm still there and thay have shut down twice now that have just got a lot of funding to reopen again but this time there opening soully to sell the same as us in a attempt to put my out of bussniess and close me down so thay have control of the bussniess and were people eat .so I'm looking for help to relaunch my bakery and mount a legal challenge against them to stop them taking everything me and my wife have worked for and putting  two young mothers who work full time for us out of a job 
I'm looking for help as soon as I can because thay are going to reopen in two weeks and I would like to be able to a chance to try and stop them selling the same as me and have no objection to the cafe been there as asit down cafe because it's good for the community for a meeting place for the elderly people to get together but to reopen as the same business model as me is uncalled for and is done only to stop us trading
