Help me repair FLF

Hello my name is Tasha and I am the sole owner of an independently owned gift shop based in Leeds UK and online shop called Flavour Like Fancy, open since Summer 2019.

Our mission is to encourage more people to shop small and independent by celebrating the work of artists and makers within our community. FLF provides a colourful and unique setting which aims to capture the energy and excitement of independently made items, because I love and believe in supporting smaller brands and feel proud to curate a space filled with the work of so many amazingly talented individuals.

Flavour like Fancy particularly welcomes the work of marginalised groups such as the LGBTQIA+ community and persons of colour. As a Black British female, diversity and equal representation is of great importance to me and my organisation.

We have found ourselves in a position where we require financial support to help us fix a number of urgent repairs pertaining to wood rot on the shop frontage. We had hoped some of these repairs would be covered through our lease, but have recently found out that our agent is taking no responsibility for any of the work required; despite the effected areas already receiving a poorly executed patch prior to me moving in. After receiving a few quotes for the issues funding the repair ourselves is just not possible, the last few months have been a real struggle financially and any external repairs will simply cripple us. We're pretty devastated and have no other option but to turn to you guys for support in order for us to complete the work required as soon as possible.
