I just arrived back home after being in the hospital for 6 days for major bowel surgery. Everything went well. Thanks to everyone for the well wishes on Facebook. But now I truly need to ask for help.

I have been out of work since December 24th when I found out I had a hole in my colon that had worked it's way into my bladder causeing a series of non-stop urinary tract infections.
