Hello, my name is Manar Mahmoud. I am from Gaza City, and I live _and_ my sister Alaa, who is divorced. Our home was destroyed, and I believe that together we can make a big difference if we unite.
After the latest raid on Al-Shifa Hospital, our home was destroyed.
My two brothers' homes were also destroyed, and the store owned by my father and my brothers was robbed and destroyed more than once. My sister’s house was also destroyed, and she tragically lost her child because of the war. We are currently suffering from severe shortages of water and food, along with high prices that makes daily survival incredibly difficult.
This home was the place of our memories, our childhood, and the legacy of our mother and father. Nothing remains — everything is in ruins. I used to see my parents in every corner of that house. We had preserved the furniture and belongings just as they left them, to keep their memory alive. Now, everything is completely gone.
Before the destruction, I felt safe and warm at home, even with the deep sadness of losing my parents. Now, I have no home and no memories left. I have lost everything. It is a heartbreaking feeling to lose it all and have nothing left for my sister and me to live in.
I will attach pictures of the house after the destruction — look here, my room is completely destroyed.
Every donation, big or small, will help us rent a temporary home until we can begin rebuilding, and cover essential needs like food, clean water, and medical treatment.
Thank you for your time and support. Even the smallest donation can make a big difference. Please share this campaign with your friends and family to help us reach safety and rebuild our lives.
