My name is Percy J Driver, and I’m the owner of Yard Barber Lawn and Cut LLC. I’m a hardworking small business owner here in Lafayette, Indiana. I’ve built my reputation through dedication, reliability, and genuinely caring about the community I serve.

Recently, I became the victim of a devastating theft. In broad daylight, individuals broke into my storage shed and stole essential equipment—the tools I depend on every day to run my lawn care and landscaping business. Like many small business owners, I had my equipment stored in what I believed was a safe, monitored facility. Because it was winter and I wasn’t actively using it, I had temporarily removed insurance coverage, trusting it was secure. That trust was violated. This wasn’t just theft of property—it was the loss of my livelihood. Without my equipment, I’ve been forced to rent tools just to continue serving my clients. This is costing me daily, and it’s quickly becoming overwhelming. What was once a stable, independent business is now at risk.

I’m more than a business owner—I’m a father, a provider, and a proud member of the Lafayette community. I’ve spent years helping others take pride in their homes and properties. Now, I’m in a position where I need help to keep going.

Your support will go directly toward replacing my stolen lawn care and landscaping equipment, eliminating the daily cost of renting tools, and helping me stabilize and continue serving my clients. No amount is too small. Every dollar brings me one step closer to getting back on my feet. If you’ve ever believed in supporting someone who works hard to build something for themselves, this is your chance to make a real difference.

I’ve always tried to show up for my community. Right now, I’m asking for your support to help me rebuild. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
