Hi, I'm Sebastián Álvarez. I'm a student from Paraguay, currently finishing high school in Germany at a United World College (UWC). This fall, I’ll begin an exciting new chapter, studying Film at Sarah Lawrence College in New York.

Thanks to a full scholarship, most of my college costs are covered. However, there are still essential expenses not included, such as my plane ticket, visa fees, and other travel-related costs. These are expenses that my family and I are struggling to meet, which is why I’m reaching out for your support. I’ve started this GoFundMe to raise $1,000 to help make this transition possible.

This is a big step toward achieving my dream. Any help, whether a donation or simply sharing this page, means the world to me. Please note that for logistical reasons, my best friend (Eszter Borza) is receiving the funds in her bank account and will transfer them to my family afterward.
