Help me raise money for my surgery trip

My name is Raymond and this is what I've been I've been suffering with since 2014, scrotal lymphedema. What's scrotal lymphedema?
Put simply, it's a large mass growing from my scrotum which weighs over 120 lbs. As you can imagine, this has made my life very difficult and has at times even threatened it. I've been hospitalized multiple times for infections involving the mass, once the infection had even turned septic.
But now, after five years of waiting and working hard to lose weight, we finally have a date for the surgery that will remove the mass: April 8th. Unfortunately, as I am disabled, I am unable to work at this point and my parents are retired. Our funds are very limited and we need your help. I'm asking for donations to help:
1 . Pay for three days of lodging so my parents can be there for my surgery. The hospital I'll be at is a days drive away, so they'll need to stay at a hotel while visiting. They will also need money for expenses like gas and food.
2 . Some new clothes for when I get back from surgery. I've already lost almost 100 lbs and plan to keep losing. My clothes are already getting too big and with the mass removed, my current pants will be unwearable.
3 . Since I will be up there for a month or more, I'd like to get a laptop to take with me. It'd be nice to have some comfort from home!
My goal is $1,700 to be split among my three goals. Anything extra will be spent on making my parents stay nicer and buying better clothes. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, it means a lot to me.
