In September 2022 I will be embarking on the “Dragon’s Back Race” in aid of Welsh Air Ambulance - This event follows the mountainous spine of Wales from North to South over 6 days and is 380 kilometres in distance with 17,400 meters of ascent (twice the height of Everest) the event is billed as the toughest race in the world.
