Help me PLEASE, feed 400 people!

I am helping serve dinner on wednesday nights at The Courtyard in Santa Ana! On December 6th, I am taking care of the dinner. I will pay for it myself, but with help I can do something really cool.  I want to get better then hot dogs. I want to get some good healty food and options. I will do this regardless, and I would never ask for myself. These people deserve more, and if you can help I would greatly appreciate it. There are tons of disabled, people working at jobs to get back on their feet. Having to depend on a small meal that is usually not the most nutritious. I know how much food and diet have helped me in my own personal recovery this last year from my Stroke.  I would have hated to ask a year ago, for fear of being let down by people. Now I will simply be grateful for any help at all. Every penny will be used for the best food I can get for this one dinner! I also want people FULL, not just appeased with a meal. Thank You Much!
