Help me pay tuition debt

I lost Excelsior a while back and have been taking out loans. Due to the opaqueness of financial aid and executive disfunction on my part, I was not able to complete the process, and have an outstanding debt for fall semester I cannot pay. Because of this I could not return to classes this spring, and will not be able to at all with outstanding debt. In my situation I cannot even meet the installments of a payment plan. The school has informed me they’re sending the debt to a collection agency on the 20th, I woud like to pay it by then if possible. 

This experience, and hearing about the struggles of so many of my peers, has only deepened my conviction that higher education must be a right that everyone can access regardless of their wealth. And I know it will be soon.
