Help me pay for fillings!

Hi all! In addition to trying to find a stable place to live, I'm trying to get back on track with my medical and health needs as well. I paid a visit to the dentist this past Friday and learned that I have 11 cavities. I have Medicaid, but even with that, the estimate for filling them all is $289.20. Since that's just an estimate, I'm erring on the side of $400.

UPDATE (May 2020): Because of various life stuff, this has fallen by the wayside. I've been making changes to care for my teeth as best I can (flossing them as often as possible, using fluoridated and enamel-boosting toothpaste, drinking diet soda instead of regular and Splenda + unsweetened plant milk in my coffee so my teeth are exposed to less sugar, and so on). I'm not sure how getting my fillings done will work since I've moved back to Gaithersburg and the lockdown because of COVID-19 is still happening, but I'm going to do what I can. Please keep sharing this around.
