Help me locate my missing children

EMERGENCY!!!!! The mother of my children, Tanshanee Cole aka Tangie aka Tangiiv, has illegally taken my two children Antoine “AJ” White age 9 and Paxton White age 4. On Feb. 22nd, 2018 I was awarded custody of my two children by a judge here in St. Louis, MO. The mom was only allowed 1 hour a week supervised visitation. There was a writ a Habeas Corpus set in place as well which is a child pick up order and restraining order against the mother. She fled the state with the children and the judge issued protection orders that she is not allowed to be within 500 feet of them. I found her being harbored at her aunt‘s house in Shoreline, Washington right outside of Seattle. I hand delivered my orders to the police department there, but they would not help me. A local judge in Seattle told me my orders from Missouri are enforceable in all 50 states and the King County police failed me. He then issued a local Washington protection order and I also transferred custody orders to Washington as well. I came home to regroup last Friday, and after speaking with political support and children’s services, the children’s services department in Washington forced the police to go retrieve the children. When they arrive at the residence she was hiding at her aunt said she fled. The school she illegally registered one of my son’s in also called me and said she told them AJ would not being coming back. I returned to Washington when the detective in the child find unit told me I needed a local writ in order for him to do his job. The judge issued me a local writ. There has been no update from the King County detective since then. The FBI informed me this is a kidnapping violation and my rights are being violated by the St. Louis County prosecutors by not issuing charges against the mother. They can't get involved legally until state charges are issued. This is the second state she is running from and my children need to be home safe and being taken care of attending school and not on the run with a mentally unstable person. Please if you see her anywhere contact me or police and please share this make it travel around the world! I am asking for support to hire a private investigator to find my children. They have been out of school for two months and I am extremely worried for their mental well-being and safety. The P.I. will locate her and tell authorities exactly where she is so I can legally retrieve my children to get them safely back to St. Louis. I have traveled back and forth numerous times in the last month, hired attorneys in both states, and did everything the courts told me to do and since I'm a man I still can't get any justice even though she has broken state law. They say black fathers don’t want their children, I’ve traveled to the other side of the country and back, spent thousands on lawyers and filings, haven’t slept in over a month, I don’t eat, I do everything for these kids and the system is failing me after I did it all right!
